In the 2016 Expedia Hotel Etiquette Study, waiters, receptionists and other hotel staff were asked what bugged them about hotel guests’ behavior ranked what were the most annoying habits they had.

According to the survey here are the top 10 with the percentage of staff who complained shown in the brackets.

Inattentive parents (72%)
Hallway Hell-raisers (68%)
In room revelers (59%)
Complainers (53%)
Bickerers (35%)
The loudly amorous (29%)
Poolside parties (28%)
Hot Tub canoodlers (22%)
Business Bar Boozers (17%)
Lift chatterbox (9%)
